One of my favourite things to do with die-cuts is repetition and clustering elements together. For this card I used a simple stamped image dressed up with a cluster of die cuts for a stunning effect.
I coloured some of the cuts in green and pink and then layered them together to create a beautiful corner effect. Why not try and cluster or layer one of your favourite die-cut flourishes on your next project – the results are spectacular.
-
Step 1
Die cut several branches out of smooth white cardstock.
-
Step 2
Colour half of the die cuts in pink and half of them in green.
-
Step 3
Group the coloured die cuts together and adhere them to the front of your card. Use a large button to secure the ends to your card.
Finish off the card by adding another button on top of the chipboard button, some metal embellishments, pearls and colour to the stamped image.
One, two, three and you have a gorgeous Couture Creations clustered die cuts card, perfect for any occasion where a wow factor is essential!
