New Wholesale CustomersPlease complete the online registration form here. Once your application has been processed and approved, you will be contacted with a user name and password that will allow you to place orders online. The Wholesaler reserves the right to suspend or terminate, at our discretion, a registered user's account for violations of our rules, guidelines, or terms and conditions. Electronic ProductsWarranty All electronic products sold by The Wholesaler have a 1 Year Limited Warranty. This hardware warranty specifically covers factory faults relating to the machine, power cord and adapter and/or USB cord. Should any of these hardware components test as faulty within the first year of ownership (as determined by the original purchase date), the product or part thereof will be replaced. Any damage caused to an electronic product by a user will render the Warranty null and void. Generally issues experienced with electronic products are related to improper operation. Please utilise the resources available and ensure that you understand how to correctly operate your product.
