This card came about while playing around and making marks using some of my favourite products. I used a tape roller and my Couture Creations Foils to create a gorgeous background for a Valentine’s day card. In just a few easy steps, using things that I have in my stash, I made a pretty card for someone special.
Step 1:
I used some tape runners that I had in my stash. I don’t often use tape runners but when I do I love them. And I also selected some fun Couture Creations Foils to use. Upon closer inspection, I realized that most tape runners have a different pattern, creating some fun marks.
Step 2:
Roll some tape over a piece of white cardstock, or over an inked panel. Then place some foil on top. Burnish it down and then peel off your foil.
Step 3:
Use a heart-shaped cutting die and cut a heart out of your background using your Couture Creations GoCut and Emboss Machine.
Step 4:
Use your die-cut heart and create a card using a few embellishments and a stamped background. And in just a few steps, you have created a fun card using a few simple supplies from your stash.
