Silhouette Machine Home Décor

I love creating home décor items using my Silhouette machine. I needed to change out some things on my walls and I have seen these layered works of art and really wanted to make my own. So, I did.

Step 1

I created the pebble file in my Silhouette Studio and cut it 3 times onto white cardstock. (download the cut file here).

Step 2

Once the files were cut, I used my KAISERmist to add colour to them. I used Turquoise on the one sheet, Denim for the other, and for the last and top layer, I used Gold Shimmer to spray the background and then added some splats, using the blue and brown while the gold was still wet, to create an interesting effect.

Once the sheets were dry, I adhered them together using foam tape in selected areas only. And then popped it into a frame and it was ready to hang.

I love the layers and the colours and might want to create some more of these little artworks.
