Have you seen the NEW Couture Creations Scoring Board? A must have tool for any crafter to create envelopes, boxes and cards in a few easy steps. Today I am sharing how I created quick envelopes using some of my scrap papers to perfectly match my cards.
Step 1
Decide on the size of envelope you need. Find the corresponding paper size and trim your paper. Mine measure 6×6”. Place the envelope guide at the edge of the score board.

Place the paper on the corresponding mark, in this instance at the 3” mark, and score the first line.
Now rotate the paper 90 degrees, place on the same mark and score. Keep repeating this step until you have scored all four sides.
Step 2
Use a small pair of scissors and cut away the corner where the score lines overlap each other.
Step 3
Use Tombow glue to seal the bottom of the envelopes. Fold the left, then the right side and then the bottom of the envelops to get a nice clean and neat looking envelope.
And now I can use all my scrap papers to make beautiful envelopes for my cards without feeling guilty of my next paper purchase. What a score!
