To add some extra touches to my layout, I used my doily die and coloured the die cuts using Alcohol Inks in two shades. I dropped two different colours of Alcohol Inks onto the surface of the die cut and then used a Blending Tool and a small amount of Blending Solution to spread and move the colours around. You can even add a layer of gold for some shimmer.
Dressing up your die cut elements using different inks is so much fun and makes them totally unique in the way they mimic the effects and colours found in the paper.
For my background I combined stickers and paper elements and added an additional stamped sentiment using VersaFine Clair.
