Miss Betty – Layout

• Step 1

  Cut out 4 clusters of roses from your P2478 STITCHED patterned paper.

• Step 2

  Cut out 3 hexagons from P2486 SEWING paper.



• Step 3

  Matt your photo onto brown cardstock. Adhere the photo 5.5cm from the top edge and 6.5cm from the right edge of your P2481 TAPESTRY background.

• Step 4

  Adhere the card from the Collectables pack in the top right-hand corner.



• Step 5

  Cut a 4.5cm (1.5”) strip of the ruler barcode and adhere it just below the Collectables card in the top right-hand corner.

• Step 6

  Cluster the cut-out roses and Collectables roses over the top corner of the photo as well as the bottom left hand corner of the photo. Use foam tape to raise some of the elements for dimension.



• Step 7

  Adhere the hexagons on the right-hand side of the photo and trim off the overlapping edges.

• Step 8

  Cluster the remainder of the ruler barcode strip and cut out roses in the bottom corner. Tuck some off-cut threads under the roses for texture.



• Step 9

  Adhere wooden flourish buttons in place and add sewn details.

• Step 10

  Add Collectables leaves and extra roses to your clusters.

• Step 1

  Finish off your layout with pearls, diamante, ink splats and machine sewn details.

Miss Betty – Card

• Step 1

  Cut 7 hexagon shapes from the SEWING paper and ink the edges.

• Step 2

  Adhere 3 of the shapes down the middle of your card. Position the shapes first and once you are happy with the placement adhere them.

• Step 3

  Adhere 2 of the remaining hexagon shapes on the left side and 2 of the shapes on the right-hand side as per the sample image.



• Step 4

  Adhere the large butterfly from the Collectables pack 6cm from the top edge of your card overlapping the centre hexagon shape. Adhere the smaller butterfly on top using foam tape for dimension.

• Step 5

  Adhere sentiment strip from the Collectables pack below the butterflies and add some machine stitching.



• Step 6

  Add 4 little Latte pearls to the centre of the butterfly. Finish off your card with some ink splats.
