Celebr8 Stamps & Paper
I have always loved a bit of a creative background whether on cards or layouts. Add a few stamps and I am in heaven! I love the new stamps from Celebr8 – they are really versatile and can be used on any project and for any theme. This time around I created a messy background with lots of textured stamped elements.

Step 1
Decide which of the lovely papers from Celebr8 to combine with your stamped background.

Step 2
Cut out a selection of leaves from the patterned paper to use on your layout.

Add ink to your background using a colour selected from your patterned paper. Add some ink and paint splats and then add some stamping using a dark brown ink.

Add more stamping to make sure the pattern is visible on either side of your photo.

Step 5
Position your elements onto your background before adhering anything. Once you are happy with the placement adhere the elements and photo.
Add additional stamping once you have adhered the paper and photo. A light, almost imperfect, stamped texture can be just as effective and pretty as a beautifully stamped solid image. Just pick the right time for the right element.
