It has been a tough couple of months, well if you count 2020 then it’s a really long couple of months that life has thrown us curveballs and it hasn’t been easy, but in some instances, it has been amazing as well.
For me personally, in tough times I just need to step back a bit and regroup and clear my head. And that means going on an inspiration journey. It can be as simple as taking a walk in nature, along the beach or going sightseeing.
On my recent little getaway, I took some time to find inspiration and do all the things that inspire me.
For me on this trip, the colour blue was the single most inspirational thing that popped up literally everywhere, and it was literally everywhere. From the gorgeous blue ocean, the blue sky, to home décor, art materials, pens, markers, packaging and even food.

I guess what I am saying is that sometimes it is just so good to step away from our everyday life, to find inspiration in the unusual and the unexpected. It is when we step out of our comfort zone that we find ourselves, our inspiration, our limits, our possibilities and so much more.
And in my case even if my entire journey was blue, not once did, I feel blue…
