Cuttlebug Christmas Tags

With the Festive Season fast approaching I am lucky enough to be able to play with my Cuttlebug machine to create beautiful gifts and, handmade cards and tag for all purposes. The delectably new Wrapped in Joy embossing folders are so beautiful it’s hard to imagine the silly season without them. Their designs include anything from plain and simple to delicate and detailed which will make your creative journey so much more.

Festive Cheers All Around

Cuttlebug Embossed Drinks Tags

I had the opportunity to make some small die-cut tags for some drinking glasses for a Christmas lunch, and what better way than to dress them up with some embossed details. I used the tag die cut to cut tags in green and red cardstock, and then I embossed the base green tag and layered a torn red tag on top. Some sewing and punched stars add finishing touches to a beautiful yet so easy tag. These will be super cute on gifts or even as tree decorations.

Large Cuttlebug Christmas Tags

I also made a large circle tag that I will wrap around some bigger gifts. For this tag I layered 3 nesting circles on top of each other. I first embossed the red and green circles using two different embossing folders to add some texture. The top accent circle was embossed with the beautiful Reindeer embossing folder and finished off with a smaller stamped banner towards the bottom of the circle.

I love how the white embossed cardstock has so much detail with both embossed and de-bossed areas in one design. Making these tags is so easy using all these helpful dies and embossing folders with gorgeous images.

I hope you will have as much fun as I did using your Cuttlebug and these beautiful embossing folders to make your festive season truly unique and handmade.
