I wish to know do I need a mat in order to use a die? I have never used a die. Also I only have plates A and B,what is the C plate for? Pleas help.

The best advice I can give you is to contact the retail stores to find out who have stock. The easiest way to find a good store is to visit our Store Locator (click here: http://bit.ly/craft-stores). You can search for retail or on-line stores via the map or you can simply use the ‘Download a Simple List’ button where you can select your region and even have the option to list all on-line stores (http://bit.ly/craft-stores-online) too.
We still have some of the Anna Griffin cutting dies in stock (http://www.thewholesaler.biz/Cuttlebug/Cutting-Dies) Another option is to ask a store to do a special order for you, many of them will be more than happy to do so.
