Create a fun background using bubble wrap, Memento Dew Drops, white cardstock and stamps.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Ink your bubble wrap using your Memento Dew Drops.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Mist the ink with water until the ink is just wet enough to create a watercolour effect on paper.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Lift the bubble wrap and stamp the colour onto your cardstock. Repeat this step with several ink colours one colour at a time until you are happy with the look. TIP: Remember to clean your bubble wrap in between changing your ink colours.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Stamp flower images onto your stamped background.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
