Has lockdown gotten to you yet? If it has, you are not alone \u2013 just know that it is OK to not be ok right now. But maybe it’s time to try to do something creative \u2013 even if it\u2019s in your pj\u2019s and your hair needs a wash and the house is a mess…it\u2019s all OK. I try and do something creative every day, even if it\u2019s just throwing ink onto a piece of paper and not really making anything – the paper might even end up in the trash. And that\u2019s OK. Really it is.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

Today I added ink onto white sticker labels \u2013 I didn\u2019t make anything. I just coloured labels and it was a good day.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how I did it\u2026I used white office labels and Couture Creations Alcohol Inks to add colour to them. Add some blending solution onto the labels and then drop some alcohol ink in a single colour onto the labels. Use a hairdryer on slow speed and cool setting and move the ink around until dry.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Add some more blending solution and a second colour of alcohol ink and again move the ink around until dry.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Use StazOn ink and stamp quotes onto the labels or names or flowers or anything that grabs your fancy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

These labels can now be turned into something, anything really \u2013 they can be used on an art journal page, as name labels on your kid\u2019s school books or as decorative elements in your diary.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

But what\u2019s important is that you made something \u2013 you added some colour to your day, you sparked that part of your soul that needs you to be creative, and even if that is the only thing you did today \u2013 it was a great day!
