I love a good set of paint brushes in different sizes. This set of Artiste Watercolour Paint Brushes is amazing because it has so many different sizes and shapes in it \u2013 perfect for any need I may have.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

I had fun just adding some water colour effects to a paper plate (inspired by Marlene van Niekerk) using this set of brushes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I started off by mixing acrylic paint with water and painting a base coat. Once the base coat was dry, I added some colour using All-Purpose Inks.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

After my 2 layers dried, I added some splats using gold API, white watercolour paint and some black watercolour paint.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

A fun little exercise to see what these brushes could do and what mediums they handle really well. And I found that in most cases and most mediums, these brushes work really well for creating marks.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
