Registration Requirements

The Wholesaler sells only to legitimate retail stores in Southern Africa that carry products related to craft or scrapbooking. The Wholesaler does not sell to the public, home stores, schools or craft teachers.

In order to complete the registration form, please ensure that you have all the following information on hand:

Four (4) jpeg images of your store
- One image of your store front (from outside your store)

Your application cannot be completed without all the above information.

Please ensure that all your details are correct and up to date, since all registered users are added to our store locator. The store locator (click here to view) allows the general public to find your store from our website. We reserve the right to remove stores from the Store Locator should we feel that any information is misleading.

Once your application has been processed and approved, you will be contacted with a user name and password that will allow you to log-on to our website and order.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

The Wholesaler sells only to legitimate retail stores in Southern Africa that carry products related to craft or scrapbooking. The Wholesaler does not sell to the public, home stores, schools or craft teachers.

Orders

We only accept orders placed on our website.
Minimum opening order: R1000
Minimum re-order: R500
Please note that all products are sold in lots and that lots cannot be broken. Once your order has been processed by The Wholesaler, you will be emailed an invoice and statement for payment. The amount due on your statement is the amount that you need to pay for your order to be released
Please ensure that you pay for your order within 5 working days of receiving your invoice. Orders will only be held for 5 working days.

Payment

All rates exclude VAT and are subject to change. This is not an e-commerce website. Payment options: EFT, Direct Deposit, Visa, Master Card, Debit Cards. All orders need to be paid in full before they will be released.

Freight

All freight costs will be added to your final invoice total. Freight charges are FOB Johannesburg. Your order will be sent with the courier that you select. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to request insurance on freight. The Wholesaler does not send orders through the postal service.

Claims

Please count all boxes before signing for goods from The Wholesaler via any courier. Contact The Wholesaler, within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, at click here regarding any shortage caused by The Wholesaler.
Strictly no returns other than in the case of damaged goods, in which instance the damaged item must be returned in its’ original packaging to The Wholesaler accompanied by the original invoice number. No credits will be issued unless the correct invoice number linked to the faulty product is supplied.
