The Wholesaler sells only to legitimate retail stores that carry products related to craft or scrapbooking. The Wholesaler does not sell to the public, home stores, schools or craft teachers. Can the public order product online? Yes. The Wholesaler offers online ordering as a service to both the public and to retail stores. The public is able to browse The Wholesaler's extensive range of essential scrapbooking products and to place an order online with a chosen scrapbooking store. This order is sent directly to the selected scrapbooking store, who will then be responsible for contacting the customer and processing the order. The Wholesaler does not deal directly with the public at any time and is in no way responsible for orders being processed. The public should be advised to contact the relevant store for any queries relating to orders placed online. See the Store Locator for retailer's contact details. Does the public have access to wholesale prices on the website? No. Recommended retail prices are published on our website. Only registered wholesale customers have access to wholesale prices. What is my Wholesale Username and Password? To register with The Wholesaler, please complete the registration form (click here). Once your application has been processed and approved, you will be contacted with a user name and password that will allow you to place orders online. For added security, we suggest that you create your own password on the My Details page. How do Lots work? Lots refer to the minimum wholesale order quantity for any product. For example, if a product is sold in Lots of 6 and you would like to purchase 6 units of this product, then you will fill in 1 in the quantity box ie 1 Lot of 6 units. How do I get the Pop Up images to disappear? The enlarged view Pop Up images will disappear if you move your cursor to a different product or left click on the "X" close button or left click anywhere else on the page. When placing an order, do I need to indicate quantities on the product pages? Yes you do. Be sure to fill in the quantity box and then the tick box below each product you wish to purchase. Once you have finished ordering on a page, simply click on a new category or alternatively click on View Order, which appears at the bottom of all product pages. View Order will take you to the Edit Order page, where you will have the opportunity to adjust quantities or delete items before submitting your order. What is the Store Locator? As a service to retailers, we have a Store Locator on our website, which directs the public to your store. How do I list my Store on the Store Locator? If your store is not listed, log-on and click on My Details, which you will find on the navigation bar under My Account. Please check that all your details are correct and make sure that you select a Region and Activate Store Locator.
