Who Are We?

The Wholesaler was founded on 2 April 2006 by Liz Smith, grandmother, business owner and scrapbooker who saw the need for a reliable, local wholesale source of scrapbooking and craft products.

Liz fell in love with scrapbooking in 1996 when she was introduced to the hobby on a buying trip in the USA. Her initial love affair with photo albums began as a young mother with the beautiful memory albums she made for her daughters. Over the years Liz has created scrapbooks for many special people in her life including her Mother, daughters, friends and grand children.

Liz continues to share her love for scrapbooking with teenagers in her community, and now through us, with you.

Coffee and Inks – Jowilna’s Advanced Class

Coffee and inks play an important role in my life, so sooner or later the two had to merge. Today I am sharing how I turned some coffee filters into a beautiful background for cards. Brick Stencil – Jowilna 101

Today I am sharing a quick idea on how you can create a realistic brick wall on your cards, layouts and mixed media projects. I used this beautiful, brick stencil from Kaisercraft combined with some of my other favourite inks and mediums. Here’s how I created this look.   Step 1 Add a small amount of embossing paste onto a palette. TIP: Mixing a small amount at a time is best – you can always mix more but when you mix too much you end up wasting. Step 2 Use a pipette and add 3 drops of All Purpose Ink in the colour Poppy Red.
