It’s easy when you see the possibility the paper designs have – let’s take a look.
I used 2 of the patterned papers as my background, the sheet with small rose gold dots on and the black sheet with damask pattern on. My matted photos sit on top of those 2 patterned papers.
The gorgeous glittered sheet of paper was mainly used to fill in my title – I cut my title on my Silhouette machine, and then cut each of the insides of the letters separately out of my patterned paper too.
The dotted paper was used to fill in the heart shape as part of my title as well as a strip running down the side.
My flowers, or at least something that mimics flowers are the inners cut from the snowflakes from the Glistening paper. These make for some awesome elements and details.
A nice way to dress up your plain paper is to add some stamped sentiments and words directly onto the paper. I further reinforced the Rose Gold theme by adding more foiling detail. Firstly, I foiled part of my title, and foiled a strip of double-sided tape adhered to a strip of scrap paper. I punched 5mm circles from the foiled strip, and then used the scrap of the strips to add more details to the bottom edge of my layout. Nothing wasted.
I coloured a sheet of white cardstock using a light pink ink that matched the colour of the papers. Once the coloured sheet was dry I stamped flowers and textures to create my own elements. These elements are great for scattering across my layout.
